Join us in making a significant difference for 5000 families in St. Louis! At NYC Water Fire Wind
all participants have opportunities to make a huge difference in the lives of others through the Feeding
of the 5000 project. Part of what it means to walk in the way of Jesus is to recognize where God is
already at work and join Him there. We have much and so many have little. Take advantage of this
opportunity to join God’s work by giving of what God has given you. How?
- Gather food from the list below (we need you to fill at least one suitcase full of the items below – make sure and take the weight right up to 50 lbs for this suitcase of food!) and bring it to NYC as your commitment to the poor and marginalized of St. Louis. You might even want to involve your local church or district in helping you gather these items – it’s OK to bring more than one suitcase full of food but remember to bring your luggage, too! The food you are bringing to NYC Water Fire Wind is a sacrifice of praise – you will bring it to registration and leave it there.
- You can also sign up for the Feeding of the 5000 track where you’ll be a part of the organization of this massive project during the week.
- Join with all participants in loading up boxes of food to go out to 5000 families to feed them for at least a week.
- Go home and continue to make a difference in your community, giving out of what God has given you and organizing others to do the same!
Thank you for joining us in making a difference in the St. Louis Community and in the kingdom of God! By sacrificing a little time, some muscle power and some time you will make a difference!!

Be sure to check out the luggage requirements of the airline you are flying to St. Louis. All luggage cannot weigh over 50 lbs – do everything you can to pack your foot items right up to that weight limit. If your luggage should weigh over the limit then you will need to pay an extra fee.
